How do I change a colleague's company role?

Only users with the “System Administrator” company role can change a colleague's company role on Globality. 
 

  1. Click on the “Administration” link in the main menu and then click on the “User Management” tile 
  2. Click on “Edit” for the setting called “Users” 
  3. Locate the relevant colleague’s relevant user, and click on the ellipsis to the right to change the company role
