The Platform provides an easy way to approve a provider’s proposal and award your project.

1. Once you are ready to select a proposal as your preferred option, navigate to the respective provider’s proposal and click the “Approve Proposal." This would start the award process.

2. The provider can still edit an approved proposal; however, the provider will need to resubmit any updates for your review and approval.

3. Your team will receive an email notification letting them know that the provider’s proposal was selected as the preferred option. The provider’s project team will not receive any notification at this point.
