The Platform provides a simple way to approve a provider’s proposal and award your project.

1. Once you are ready to move forward with a proposal, navigate to the respective provider's proposal and click "Approve Proposal". This will initiate the award process.

2. You can choose to award one or multiple proposals, depending on your project needs. However, you can only award the latest version of each provider's proposal. 

3. After a proposal is approved, the provider can still make edits, but they will need to resubmit the updated version for your review and approval.

4. Your team will receive an email notification once a proposal is approved. The provider's project team will not be notified until the award has been completed.
