When an approval request needs your approval, an approval task will be created, and you can view the task in your Approvals dashboard.
System administrators and procurement administrators can view approval tasks for projects they have permission to view.
1. Navigate to “Approvals” in the navigation panel.
2. Click on the “Approval Tasks” tab to view your approval tasks.
3. Click on an approval task to view details and choose to approve or reject the request.
Common actions:
- Select multiple approval tasks and bulk approve.
- Filter by “Assigned to me” to view only tasks assigned to you.

Filter by any of the following attributes.
- Project name
- Status
- Requested by
- Approval request type
- Assigned to
- Active projects only
- Sort by any of the columns in the table.
- Search by project name.
