How do I build and edit my company’s Smart Profile on Globality?

Your Smart Profile showcases your company’s skills, expertise, and capabilities to clients, helping you stand out as the best-fit provider for their projects. Provider Administrators can update this profile at any time The same profile is used across all clients.

Building Your Smart Profile

  • Once your company is invited to Globality, you’ll receive an invitation to log in. If you’re a Provider Administrator, you can begin adding information about your company’s capabilities, experience, and credentials.
  • Some details may already be pre-filled based on information curated by Globality, but you can edit this at any time. 
  • Your responses are saved as you answer the questions, allowing you to complete or revise your profile at a later time. For assistance, contact Globality Support directly from the main menu.


Editing Your Smart Profile


To keep your company’s information up to date, Provider Administrators can make changes anytime. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Administration section in the main menu.
  2. Click on "Profile."
  3. To update any information, hover over a question and click the pencil icon to edit your response.


Viewing Your Smart Profile Within a Project


When your company is matched to a project, both Provider Administrators and Provider Team Members can view the Smart Profile as the client sees it.

  1. Navigate to the project by clicking the "Projects" link in the main menu.
  2. From the overview page, click "View Smart Profile" to see how it appears to the client for that specific project.
