Password Reset
- Initiate Password Reset: On the login screen, click the “Forgot password?” link.
- Enter Your Email: You’ll be directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Click "Submit."
- Check Your Email: Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Reset Your Password: Click on the "Reset Password" link in the email. Your browser will open the Change Password screen. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Click "Submit."
- Log In: You’ll be redirected to the login screen. Enter your email address and the new password to access your account.
If You Don’t Receive the Reset Password Email
- Check your Junk Mail folder. If you don’t find it there, consult your IT administrator to see if it has been blocked at the company level.
- Ensure that the email address you entered matches the one you logged in with. For example, if your registered email is [email protected] but you entered [email protected] or [email protected], you will not receive the reset email.
