Can I communicate with providers all at once?

Yes. Globality offers an easy way to broadcast messages to all your potential providers within the Platform. This helps streamline your communications with providers: 

• It drives efficiency when you are looking to convey the same message related to the project to all the providers.
  
• It eliminates bias and ensures all providers receive the same information when addressing questions related to a project.

To broadcast a message:

1. Navigate to your project, click on the “Conversations” link on the project navigation panel, and select "Broadcast a message."

2. Draft your message, include any attachments, check "Select all," and then click “Send Message.” You can include up to four attachments with each broadcast message.
