Using the Globality Platform is a breeze at every stage, from starting a new project on the Platform to completing your brief for matching with the best-fit providers. Each time you answer a question, Glo, the AI agent, uses Natural Language Processing technology to analyze each response and prompt relevant follow-up questions. Using the information in the brief, Glo identifies providers with the skills, expertise, experience, and qualifications your project requires.

1. Start a new project by clicking on "Create New" in the main menu, then click "Start Project Details" in the Project Overview. Glo will always guide you from the Project Overview (with the orange button) to complete the next step.

2. Glo will prompt you to input key information about the setup of your project in Project Details, such as budget, geography, and any custom procurement questions your company has configured. You will need to complete Project Details before you can begin your brief. 

3. Once your Project Details are complete, Glo will guide you to complete the required modules and questions to scope your brief. 

• All mandatory questions must be answered before you can find providers. If you do not have an immediate answer, you can click the "Ask me later" option to return to the question at a later stage.
• For questions that are not mandatory, Glo will allow you to skip via the "Skip question" option.
• Questions that are marked with a crossed out eye are private and will only be visible to your team. These will never be shared with providers.

4. Once you have answered all required questions, Glo will prompt you to review your brief in its entirety and make necessary edits before searching for providers. You can also view and edit your brief by clicking on the "Brief" link in the navigation panel. You will have the chance to review suppliers before inviting them and sharing the brief. Depending on your company's workflows, there may be an additional 

5. When you've answered all required questions, click "Find Providers". This will prompt Glo to match your project to the best-fit providers. Your team will receive an email notification once your project is matched.
