Glo generates a tailored Project Scope for your project
Glo reads the information that you provided in your Project Details (including your project description as well as any file(s) you have uploaded). Glo then leverages AI to pick relevant questions from its content database and add new relevant questions using generative AI.
You’ll receive a variable number and granularity of questions depending on the type of project (i.e., RFP will receive more in-depth questioning than an RFI or an RFQ).
Glo answers questions in your Project Scope for you
Glo will attempt to use details from your Project Details to complete as much of your Project Scope for you as possible.
If you close the conversation with Glo, you can see the Project Scope document underneath. You should review Glo’s answers in your Project Scope for accuracy before moving forward to invite providers.
Glo automatically suggests answers throughout the process to drive productivity
As Glo asks you the remaining questions, you can review and use suggested answers generated by AI, or suggested answers from previous projects wherever they are available.
You can ask Glo questions along the way, too
Throughout the scoping process, you can ask Glo questions at the bottom of the conversation space. Glo can provide additional clarification on what a question means and what you may want to consider in your response. You can even ask Glo to elaborate or modify your current answer with specific details.
Glo can also quickly improve your answers
When Glo asks you a long-form question, you can click “Enhance Answer” to have Glo quickly assist you with making sure your text is professional and complete. You also have the option to “undo” the changes in real-time before proceeding.
Glo can add a few more questions at the end of your Project Scope
If you reach the end of Glo’s question plan and you wish to expand your Project Scope further, Glo will give you the option to answer a few additional questions.
Should you opt into answering additional questions and then change your mind, you may skip these questions. Skipped optional questions are not shared with providers.
You may remove any of Glo’s questions from the Project Scope
If you find a question that Glo asks to be poorly fit for your project, you may simply skip it and it will not be shown to providers. However, if you want to entirely remove it such that it no longer appears in your document at all, you may hover over the item in the Project Scope document and click the trash icon to remove the question altogether. This is a permanent action, and you will not be able to add the question back in.
