Can I use my own standard templates for providers to complete?

Yes. With Globality, you can use your custom questionnaires and pricing sheets to request information from providers in a specific format.

Glo automatically prompts category-specific templates and sends them to providers to complete as part of their proposals. Once proposals are submitted, you can compare all the information side by side and access the completed template files all in one central place.

Select/upload a template

1. During the brief creation, Glo will automatically serve category-specific templates for you to select. These templates must be uploaded to the platform before you start a brief.

2If you do not see the template that you require, you can upload your own template for the project. For pricing sheets, Excel files are supported. For questionnaires, files supported include Excel, Word, and PDFs. If you want the uploaded templates to be available for Glo to serve for future projects, please contact Globality Support.

3Each template you select will have a corresponding section in the proposal that providers must complete. Providers will be required to download, complete, and then upload the template in order to submit their proposal.

Edit/remove a template

1Navigate to the questionnaire or template section in the brief by clicking on the “Brief” link in the project navigation panelHover over the section and click on the “Edit” link that appears in the top right corner.

2. Glo will re-prompt the question where you can change, remove, or upload additional templates. All team members will receive an email notification if any changes are made after your brief has been completed. If changes are made after providers have submitted a proposalproviders will receive an email notification of the changes to the brief, and you can require they submit a new proposal version.
