Glo generates the pricing summary analysis when project’s pricing type is “Unit Pricing with a Total Price” or “Total Price Only”. 

Metrics: 

• Total Proposal Price: total cost of the proposal. 

• vs. lowest: total cost of the proposal compared to the cheapest proposal’s total cost. 

• vs. average: total cost of the proposal compared to the average cost of all the proposals in the analysis. 

• vs. budget: total cost of the proposal compared to the project budget. 

• vs. previous version: total cost of the proposal compared to the previous version of the same proposal. 

• Rank by price: ranking of the proposal by total cost. 

• Line Items Price: total cost of all line items in the proposal. 

• Additional Charges: additional costs that are not captured in the line items. 

• Discounts: total discounts applied to the proposal. 

• Shipping and Handling: total shipping and handling costs of the proposal. 

• Estimated Taxes: total estimated taxes of the proposal. 

• Sum of Extended Price <table name>: cost of all line items within the <table name> of the proposal.
