What is the line item adjustment analysis?

Glo generates the line item adjustment analysis when client includes line item requirements along with quantity and pricing in their project Brief.

There are two ways to include line item requirements in the project Brief:

  • Enter line items within the Line Items module and select Pricing Table in Pricing Requirements module.

  • Select File-based Pricing Template in Pricing Requirements and enter line items within the file-based pricing template.

Metrics:

  • Sum of extended price (quoted) - sum of extended price from proposal.
Sum of extended price (requested) - sum of extended price from client's requested line items in the project Brief.

  • % difference between requested and quoted extended price

  • Number of requested line items matched = number of requested line items found within the proposal.

  • Number of requested line items missing = number of requested line items not found within the proposal.

  • Number of line items with increased quantity

  • Number of line items with decreased quantity

  • Number of line items with matched quantity

  • Number of line items with increased unit price

  • Number of line items with decreased unit price

  • Number of line items with matched unit price
