How do I respond to a project opportunity?

Modified on Fri, 30 Oct at 8:49 PM

When a client invites your company to a project, invited team members will receive an email notification. Your project invitation email will contain the project name, client name, proposal due date, and a link to the project.

How to respond to a project

  1. Navigate to the Project: Click the "Projects" icon in the main menu to find the project, or use the direct link in the invitation email.
  2. View and Respond: Click "View and Respond" to access the client's Smart Brief. You may need to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before viewing the brief. For legal projects, a conflicts check will be required before accessing the brief.
  3. Pursue or Decline: After reviewing the brief, indicate your interest by clicking "Pursue Opportunity."If you don't select this option, the client won't know you're interested, and you won’t be able to submit a proposal.
    • If you decline, the client will be notified automatically.
    • If you've declined the opportunity but would like to reverse your decision, you can do this by going back to the project Overview screen.  From there, you can click on the "Reconsider Opportunity" button.
