How do I execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

To protect sensitive or confidential project information, clients may require you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before viewing project details. You will see that an NDA is required when you access the project.

How to Execute the NDA

1. Access the NDA: Navigate to the project and click "View NDA."
2. Review and Respond: To accept the NDA, enter your name and job title, then click "Send."
3. View Accepted NDA: You can always access a copy of the signed NDA by clicking on the "Brief" link and then selecting "Other Options" and then "View NDA."
