Can I require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing project information with providers?

Yes. To safeguard sensitive or confidential information, Globality enables you to require that providers execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing your project brief.

Working with our Globality Support team, your account can be set up to ensure NDA templates are ready to be selected by users during the provider invitation process

1. When inviting providers to your project, you can quickly select or waive NDAs for suppliers by clicking on “Edit Non-Disclosure Agreement.”

2. If you require an NDA, you will be able to select from your pre-defined NDA templates, or you can upload a new one specific for that project. To download the preview of each template, click on the "Preview File” link next to each file.

3. After you select or upload an NDA, click "Save.” You can also select “Apply this choice to all providers for this project” if you want all providers to have that specific NDA. Note that you can change your selection at any time if the provider has not yet executed the NDA.

4. Once the provider executes the NDA, they will be able to view your project brief and respond to your project.
