In general, Globality does not block user access to the Globality platform based on country.

Globality uses Auth0 which is owned by Okta. Please see additional information regarding Okta’s security policy - Okta Support Center (Lightning)
It is possible that certain countries and certain Internet Service Provider within those countries may blocking traffic to certain website. These settings are outside the Globality platform and could block a user from accessing parts of the Globality platform.
