Glo generates the staffing analysis when proposals contain staffing related pricing.
Group by columns:
Any column that describes the resource that the provider will offer as part of the proposal. For example, when describing a person, it could be their name, role, location, department, etc.
Glo automatically normalizes the role attributes for improved comparability across proposals. The normalized columns would be named as “ (Normalized)”. The original columns can be found in the “View Data” drill down or “Source Data”.
Metrics:
Sum of Extended Price: the total price of resources.
Volume: the total duration of resources.
Blended rate: the total duration of resources divided by the total price of resources.
Average unit price: the average price per unit across resources.
Resource count: the total number of resources such as FTE.
