Not receiving Globality emails

Globality sends out a variety for emails throughout the lifecycle of a project. If you were expecting an email but have not received it, below are recommendations on where to look.

  • Junk Mail Folder: if you are unable to find the Globality email in your Inbox, please check your “Junk” (or Spam) mail folder.
  • Company-level Quarantine:It’s possible your company could be quarantining emails at the company level before it reaches your mailbox. If you don’t find the Globality email in your Inbox or Junk mail folder, it may be quarantined at the company level. Please reach out to your IT dept to see if the message is being quarantined.
    • Recommendation: Add these email domains to your “Safe Sender” list
