Note: This article is intended for non-Single Sign-On (SSO) users. If you are an SSO user, please contact your company’s IT administrators.


Password Reset

  1. Initiate Password Reset: On the login screen, click the “Forgot password?” link.
  2. Enter Your Email: You’ll be directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Click "Submit."
  3. Check Your Email: Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Reset Your Password: Click on the "Reset Password" link in the email. Your browser will open the Change Password screen. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Click "Submit."
  5. Log In: You’ll be redirected to the login screen. Enter your email address and the new password to access your account.


If You Don’t Receive the Reset Password Email

  • Check your Junk Mail folder. If you don’t find it there, consult your IT administrator to see if it has been blocked at the company level.
  • Ensure that the email address you entered matches the one you logged in with. For example, if your registered email is john.doe@acme.com but you entered jdoe@acme.com or johndoe@acme.com, you will not receive the reset email.
